PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-dialup router communication system and an inter-dialup router communication method that are executed through a terminal dialup IP service by an Internet service provider ISP at. a low communication cost without direct communication between a transmission terminal and a reception terminal. ;SOLUTION: A communication system between inter-dialup routers has a means by which one B channel 11 in two B channels 11, 12 of the ISDN is used to allow routers to make direct communication and which controls the other B channel 12 and exchanges information as to IP addresses acquired from ISPs 14, 15 of both the routers and as to IP address of a communication terminal. Furthermore, the other B channel 12 has a means that conducts communication via an ISP as an exclusive channel for data transmission reception.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
