PC STRAND WINDING MACHINE IN SLIP FORM CONSTRUCTION METHOD, DRUM SUPPORTING STRUCTURE THEREOF, AND SUPPLY METHOD OF PC STRAND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make appropriate the supply quantity of a PC strand by giving rotational braking force to a drum directly and always, giving driving force to letting-out of the PC strand, and making letting-out and running of the PC strand into the same condition. ;SOLUTION: Torque of the driving shaft 57 of a drum 51 wound with a PC strand is transmitted to a brake wheel. Because brake force is always given to the brake wheel, the drum 51 and the driving shaft 57 are rotated by the drawing out quantity of the PC strand. When the drawn out PC strand is fed to the middle layer of a working base, by making the running quantity of a feed winding device and the supply quantity of the PC strand equal to each other, both are synchronized at the straight line part of a tower-like structure, meanwhile the supply of the PC strand and the running of a carriage part are stopped at the corner part of the tower-like structure, and when of the PC strand is reopened at the entrance of the straight line part, circulating running is reopened, and a reinforcement arranging work is reopened and continued.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
