PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject collector designed to enable a dog owner to be moved together with his dog when the dog is dunging and also enable the dung to be collected without dropping it on the road. ;SOLUTION: This collector, which is equipped with a cylindrical handle 1, an elastic linear material 2 with its one end fixed on the tip of the handle 1, disposed so as to extend along the handle 1 after forming a ring 12 outside the tip of the handle 1, and a holder 4 attached to the ring 12, has such a scheme that an operational unit 22 provided on the other end of the elastic linear material 2 is situated outside the handle 1 and the ring 12 is ensured to be expansible/contractile together with the opening of the holder 4 when the operational unit 22 is actuated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
