PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a waterproof sheet to the inner surface of a tunnel uniformly and firmly in a short period of time. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of supporting members 29 each having a Hook-and- Loop fasteners on its surface are fixed to the inner surface of a tunnel and a waterproof sheet S having on its outer surface an engaging layer adapted for engagement with the Hook-and-Loop fasteners are pressed against the inner surface of the tunnel.
