PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-body laying method by which an ATC pipe body can be supported without requiring repair for a long period of time, and a pipe-body laying block capable of being used suitably for the method. ;SOLUTION: A large number of nonmagnetic blocks 21, 22 that have been previously manufactured at a factory under quality control are arranged in series inside a recessed groove 16 that has been formed in the shoulder part of a straddled monorail column 10, and a seal is formed between the jointing parts thereof, so that the joining between the nonmagnetic blocks 21 and 22, and the joining of the nonmagnetic blocks 21, 22 to the recessed groove 16 are carried out by filling an urethane resin addhesive into the sealing space formed therein through the seal, and then an ATC pipe body 35 (not shown) is fitted to the pipe-body laying groove by means of pipe-body connectors.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
