PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize long periodic vibration of a weight, to make it possible to correspond to two way horizontal vibration of the weight, to enable reduction of vertical vibration of a device, to make the device have vibration reducing performance against higher level mode and to miniaturize it. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of longitudinal frames 3 are erected, and a horizontal frame 4 is constructed between the upper parts of the longitudinal frames 3 to construct a bearing frame 5. Multistage laminate rubbers laminated alternately with steel plates 8 and laminate rubbers 9 are laid to the lower positions or the upper positions of the longitudinal frames 3. In addition, a weight 7 is suspended with a suspending means 6 connected to the horizontal frame 4 inside the bearing frame 5 so that it is capable of moving horizontally.
