PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line fixing means which does not require an angler to tie the fishing line in setup to the line fixing means in the fishing field and the like and which allows the setup to be easily replaced. ;SOLUTION: This means for fixing a fishing line to the ear tip of a fishing rod is rotatably provided at the ear tip 5, includes an attachment base 3 to be fixed to the ear tip 5, a support spindle 2 supported on said attachment base, and a member 3 on which the line is to be tied and which is rotatably mounted to the support spindle. The support spindle 2 is detachable with respect to the attachment base 3, and the member 3 for tying the fishing line is rotatable between the enlarged portion of the attachment base 3 and the enlarged head portion of the support spindle, and is fixed as the attachment base 3 is inserted into the ear tip 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
