PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the breaking of cores and the generation of a large amount of fragments at the time of a combination of the cores subsequent to annealing by a method wherein two pieces of the inner cores are provided, are molded into a rectangle, the inner cores are arranged in such a way that the fellow leg parts on one side of the respective leg parts of the inner cores are adjacent to each other and the outer core is arranged in such a way as to encircle the outer peripheries of these inner cores. CONSTITUTION:Inner cores 1 and 2 are molded into a rectangle having one pair of leg parts 1a and 2a and one pair of yokes 1b and 2b, which are formed by laminating amorphous magnetic thin strips about rectangular core metals 5 and 6, and windows 1c and 2c surrounded with these leg parts and yokes. These cores 1 and 2 are suspended into an invertedly U-shaped form and are arranged in such a way that the fellow leg pars on one side of the respective leg parts of the cores 1 and 2 are adjacent to each other. On the outer peripheries of the cores 1 and 2 arranged in such a way, the cores 1 and 2 are formed into a molding die and amorphous magnetic thin strips are laminated into an invertedly U-shaped form to form an outer core 7. The core 7 also has one pair of leg parts 7a, one pair of yokes 7b and a window part 7c surrounded with these leg parts and yokes and the cores 1 and 2 are arranged on the inside of this window part 7c.
