PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain excellent deaeration effect and to prevent the generation of the composition change or the portion of a treating liquid in deaerating. ;SOLUTION: This tube is formed by integrating a porous structural layer 11 having an oxygen permeation factor of ≥10^-7 (cm³.cm/cm².sec.atm at 25°C) and a now porous structural layer 12 having an oxygen permeation factor of ≤10^-8 (cm³.am/cm².sec. atm at 25°C) in the thickness direction. The tube has an asymmetric structure different between outside surface side and the inside surface side from the center of the thickness direction and a fluororesin tube having no liquid permeability but gas permeability is used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
