PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain excellent deaeration effect and to prevent the generation of the composition change or the portion of a treating liquid in deaerating. ;SOLUTION: This tube is formed by integrating a porous structural layer 11 having an oxygen permeation factor of ≥10-7 (cm3.cm/cm2.sec.atm at 25°C) and a now porous structural layer 12 having an oxygen permeation factor of ≤10-8 (cm3.am/cm2.sec. atm at 25°C) in the thickness direction.
