PURPOSE: To recover fatigue in mind and body by applying comfortable vibration to the skin or an effective spot. ;CONSTITUTION: A magnet 17 and a coil 19 are provided in a cylindrical body part, and a thick plate-like vibration plate is provided on a front surface of the body part through an elastic body, and a cylinder part 33 is provided on the reverse of a vibration plate body 31, and a skin contact member is provided on a front surface of the vibration plate body 31.
