PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operational efficiency of each speaker by efficiently outputting the sound signal to be outputted from each AV equipment from each designated speaker even when the number of speakers is smaller than the number of AV equipment. ;SOLUTION: In an AV system, an input switching function and an output switching function are provided in an audio-amplifier circuit 5, a control circuit 4 is actuated according to the operational content of a remotely-controlled device to control the input switching function and the output switching function of the audio-amplifier circuit 5. The sound signal to be selected by the remotely- controlled device out of the sound signal to be outputted from a TV tuner device 2 and the sound signal to be outputted from a radio device 3, is amplified, and outputted from one or more speakers 6 designated by the remotely- controlled device out of the speakers 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
