The yarn winding bobbin 10 is pressed down by roving 12 of the last round in a condition where rovings 12 of a third round and a second round from the last overlap each other since a three-round quantity is wound in an overlapping condition, and mutual short fibers of a second round and a third round are put in a condition where frictional resistance is large. Still in such a condition where frictional resistance is large, a central shaft of a paper tube 11 is put in a vertical condition, and the yarn winding bobbin 10 is suspendedand held by a carrying hanger, and is carried to the next process.
