Excellent ultra-low carbon steel bar of cold forging properties and magnetic properties and wire

摘要

PURPOSE:To offer ultralow carbon steel wire rod in which good cold forgeability can be obtd. as rolled and excellent magntic properties in a product stage subjected to magnetic annealing can be obtd. CONSTITUTION:This is ultralow carbon steel wire rod contg. =0.0015% C, =0.01% Si, 0.02 to 0.1% Mn, =0.01% P, =0.01% S, 0.025 to 0.05% Al, =0.002% N, =0.003% O and the balance iron with inevitable impurities. Furthermore, the addition of Zr and/or Cr is effective, and they contribute to the suppression of strain aging effect and the prevention of the secular change its magnetic propterties.
