PURPOSE: To provide a cover frame mounting structure whereby a cover frame can be quickly mounted without risk of resulting in generation of rattles in installing a cover frame on a stay located at the end of a partitioning or in installing a cover frame for window which is to mount a window pane. ;CONSTITUTION: A foot 26 to contact with the side face of a stay 4 is formed at the rear faces 25a, 28a of cover frames 25, 28, and detent pieces 27 to pinch the stay 4 from the front and rear are inward protrusively installed on the front and rear side plates 25b, 28b of the cover frames 25, 28.
