PURPOSE: To provide screw pusher hub vortex preventing structure wherein a hub vortex is reliably prevented from generation and thus the efficiency of a pusher is improved, and the generation of underwater emission noise is excellently reduced. ;CONSTITUTION: Screw pusher hub vortex preventing structure comprises a truncated conical boss cap 1 fixed to the rear end of a boss 02 and having a rear end part spreading toward the outside, and a plurality of cut grooves formed in the surface of the boss cap 1 and approximately in parallel to a spiral line having a pitch angle lower than that of the vane root part of a pusher wane 01.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
