PURPOSE:To automate a lock pin device by making use of a turning stop retractable pin operation part such as a turning type bucket, locking and unlocking a pin and, at the same time, starting an oil motor. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder body 2 is provided to a fixed section side of a mechanism relatively rotating and moving, and an internal diameter thereof is gradually widened upward step by step. After that, a piston 3 of the same shape biased downward with a spring is placed to the inside thereof and, at the same time, a piston 33 biased downward with the spring is provided to the inside of the piston 3. Then, a lock pine 5 is provided to the lower end of the piston 3 through a pin pushing pin 6 provided to the front end of the pin 33, and it is fitted in a rotator locking through hole 10' provided to a rotator on a movable section. In addition, pressure oil inlet and outlet 29 and 31 are provided to step positions of the cylinder 2, and pressure oil inlet and outlet 30 and 32 are also provided upward of them. In the case of starting, the pressure oil is introduced from the inlet and outlet 29 and 31, the piston 3 is raised to pull the pin 5 out of the hole 10', and the pressure oil is supplied to an oil motor through the inlet and outlet 30 and 32. According to the constitution, oil supply can be made from a plurality of inlets to lock and unlock automatically a lock section surely.
