摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject pellets of uniform quality without any breathing phenomenon at a die outlet by adding a surfactant and a thickening stabilizer in producing dry pellets with specific contents of fats and oils. CONSTITUTION:Pellets with 10-50wt.% contents of fats and oils for culturing fishes are produced by using a single screw extruder. In the process, preferably 0.1-5wt.% surfactant (e.g. sucrose ester of a fatty acid) and preferably 0.1-5wt.% thickening stabilizer (e.g. guar gum, agar or pectin) are added to afford the objective pellets.
