PURPOSE: To surely dig out a rush seedling from a seedling bed and efficiently perform the removal of mud from the root and the loosening of the root. ;CONSTITUTION: A working frame is pivoted in an inclined state to raise the rear part to a track frame mounting an engine of a mobile machine body. A pair of right and left grass-dividing sleighs 47 are integrally extended from the lower front end of the working frame, side-cutting blades to slit the surface soil of the seedling bed are attached to both grass-dividing sleighs 47 and a dig-out blade 68 laterally reciprocating by the power transmitted from the engine and traversing in the slit ground at a prescribed amplitude is attached to the working frame.
