PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an impact force without the need of striking an object by calculating the impact force according to plural accelerations of a striking action detected before the last time when acceleration polarity is reverse prior to the detection of absolute value maximum acceleration. ;SOLUTION: Once a measured person conducts the striking action with the dextral hand wearing a watch body, the acceleration data at intervals of 0.01 seconds by an acceleration sensor 12 is stored by RAM 20 through an A/D converter circuit 14. Simultaneously prior to the time of its absolute value maximum, data of 20 points P1-P20 immediately before the hit point H when the acceleration data value is inverted lastly is extracted, and the converted acceleration data X1-X20 is stored in the RAM 20. If a striking of the measure person is karate, for example, impact force is calculated on the basis of weighting factors a1-a20 and a constant C1 for the acceleration data X1-X20 stored in the RAM 20 and the acceleration data X1-X20 previously stored in the data storage part for karate in ROM 19 by the expression of the impact force (karate) = a1.X1+...+a20.X20+C1.
