FILE PROTECTION SYSTEM APPLYING SETTING OF FILE USER PRIORITY ORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a file in response to the authority of an object user, the work progress state, the work authority and the time respectively and to improve the privacy of work by changing dynamically the access right to the user/group file access resources. SOLUTION: When a file that must be shared is newly produced, a priority table 13 where the priority data on the user/group using the file are added is produced together with a file status table 12 where the reference status is added for the access right to the file. Then both tables 13 and 12 are stored in a common DB 11. When the file is updated/deleted or referred to and processed, the priority assigned to the user/group is extracted from the table 13 for the relevant file that is previously defined. If the extracted priority is higher than or equal to the relevant file status, the decision of access right is allowed in terms of a process. When a series of jobs are over to the file, the user/group access state is written into the table 13 and the access right is dynamically changed.
