PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently adsorb a lot of a oily materials generated from foodstuffs, rising to the surface of the stock, together with harshness, by forming the sheet with a nonwoven fabric having a specified density and a specified value of the adsorbing time of a drop of oil. ;SOLUTION: This harshness-removing sheet 1 is formed to have a thin disk or a required shape adaptive for a pot inner diameter by use of nonwoven fabric. The density of the nonwoven fabric can be generally made to range 0.01-0.10g/cm³ but preferably 0.07g/cm³ and further, the adsorbing time of a drop of oil of the nonwoven fabric is made shorter than 2sec in order to effectively adsorb oil. Moreover, the thickness of nonwoven fabric constituting the sheet is made 0.5mm or thicker, preferably 0.5-2.0mm. The weight of unit area (m²) of the nonwoven fabric is not restricted in particular, but it is preferable to take such a range 20-80g/m² that it sufficiently adsorbs harshness and keeps flexibility well still more.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
