PURPOSE:To simplify a lifting gear in structure by installing a first selector means, selecting the up and down of a stacked material receiving part, and a second selector means setting a lowering speed both in a fluid supply-exhaust route of a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Signatures SE or stacked materials being fed by a conveying means CV almost in succession are stacked in a stacked material receiving part 1 which is upped and downed by a hydraulic cylinder, and in a fluid supply- exhaust route 3 supplying or exhausting a fluid to or from this hydraulic cylinder 2, there are provided with a first selector means 4 selecting the up and down of the stacked material receiving part 1 in a selective manner, and each of second selector means 5a-5d setting a lowering speed of the stacked material receiving part 1. Then, the first selector means 4 is changed over by a command out of a control part CP, changing the supply side over to the exhaust side of the fluid of the hydraulic cylinder 2, and the stacked material receiving part 1 is made to go up or down. The lowering speed at this time is selectively set by the second selector means 5a-5d. Doing like this, a stacked material receiving part lifting gear can be very easily constituted.
