PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject seeding joining device enabling stable grafting works and capable of improving workability and safety without causing the displacement of a stock seedling from an ear seedling by disposing a stock clip holder, an ear clip holder, etc. SOLUTION: The characteristics of the seedling-joining device of a grafting machine comprise disposing plural clip rolls 48 formed of strings having the approximately same shapes, respectively, disposing a stock clip cutter for cutting the string of the clip roll 48 in a prescribed length to form a cut clips 48 and an ear clip cutter for forming a cut clip 48b, and further disposing a stock clip holder 66a and an ear clip holder 66b for carrying the cut clips 48a, 48b to a joining section for joining the stock seedling to the ear seedling and subsequently fitting the cut clips to form the grafted seedling.
