PURPOSE: To obtain outer garment clothes with a hood capable of utilizing the hood as a pouch. ;CONSTITUTION: The outer garment clothes with a hood are obtained by providing either of male type fixtures 3 or female type fixtures 4 in the lower end 6 of the hood and the other in a front edge 7 of the hood and a collar 2, further installing a connecting tool for attaching a belt 10 which is a separate unit in both left and right ends of the lower end 6 of the hood and engaging the fixtures at the lower end 6 of the hood removed from the collar 2 with the front edge 7 of the hood in the outer garment clothes having the hood 5 freely detachably installed in the collar 2 of a wearing part 1 with the fixtures.
