PURPOSE: To provide an integrated circuit that configures an on-chip thermal circuit to measure the temperature of a die of an operated integrated circuit by needing only one exclusive integrated circuit pin. ;CONSTITUTION: A 2nd integrated circuit pin 18 is used but directly connected also to another circuit 14 of the integrated circuit and used by other circuit, as soon as an integrated circuit die temperature is measured. In the first mode, the 2nd integrated circuit pin 18 is used for a ground terminal.
