PURPOSE: To favorably hold the steering angle at a large steering angle by connecting together both power cylinders of front and rear in series, and constituting an oil pressure changeover valve steering rear wheels in antiphase against front wheels out of a housing and a rotary disc moved according to a handle angle. ;CONSTITUTION: An oil passage changeover valve 10 is connected to both power cylinders 3, 30 of front and rear in series so as to steer rear wheels in antiphase against front wheels at a large steering angle. In this case, the oil passage changeover valve 10 is constituted of a housing 11 and a rotary valve having a rotary disc 19 rotationally moved according to a handle angle. The housing 11 is formed with a plurality of ports at which a power steering valve 2 and both power cylinders are connected together, and a plurality of oil passages through which they are mutually connected.
