PURPOSE: To realize a living space bore sufficient than a detached house by displacing a multistored dwelling house in the span direction of a framework and arranging the multistoried dwelling house in a wild-goose flight manner while mounting a continuous-layer earthquake- proof wall tying columns at constricted places on the front and rear sides. ;CONSTITUTION: Columns 1 on the outer circumference of a plane wild-goose flight type multistoried dwelling house, internal columns 4 and beams 2 constructed among mutual columns 1 and beams 5 built among the columns 1 and the internal columns 4 are formed in rigid frame structure. Continuous-layer earthquake-proof walls 3a extended from the lowermost floor of the multistoried dwelling house to an uppermost floor are disposed inside the columns 2, 1 positioned at constricted places on the front side and rear side of the multistoried dwelling house and the beams 2, 2 tying these columns 2, 1. The multistoried dwelling house has two spans in the short direction while being displaced by one span in the short direction at every two span in the longitudinal direction and being disposed in a wild-goose flight manner.
