PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve the productivity and the quality of the entire apparatus and to facilitate maintenance by making the attachment of a CCD line sensor easy, highly accurately obtaining the aggregation patterns on a microplate formed by light emitted from LED arrays, dividing the patterns for every channel, adjusting the position of the CCD line sensor, and providing the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A lens holder 53 has a plurality of light transmitting holes 53A containing image focusing lenses 54 on the same line. LED arrays 11A and 11B are arranged along the light transmitting holes 53A so as to face one surface of the holder 53. CCD line sensors 3, 4 and 5 are provided at positions corresponding to the light transmitting holes 53A at the other surface. The sensors 3, 4 and 5 are mounted on the holder 53 and made to scan at specified timing. The aggregation pattern data exceeding a specified level are taken out for every channel. Aggregation-pattern forming microplates 56 are provided between the LED arrays 11A and 11B and the holder 53 in correspondence with the channels 3, 1 and 2.
