PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a command operation, a call and control, etc., by means of an MCA command desk at a remote place beyond the service area of MCA radio wave by monitoring and controlling a radio machine between the MCA radio device of a base station and the command desk and transmitting information on communication. ;SOLUTION: A remote control part 2 on a command desk OPE 1-side, the base station radio device TRX 12 on an area-side and between the remote control part 2 and the part 11 are connected by private lines. Sound transmitted from the private lines to the remote control part 11 is transmitted from a sound interface 9 to the radio device TRX 12. Control data is converted into an original signal in modem 10 and is transmitted from a processor CPU 7 to the radio device TRX 12. Thus, communication between the command desk OPE 1 and a moving device 13 becomes possible by controlling the transfer of sound and control data and the monitor of the command desk OPE 1 and the radio device TRX 12 with processors CPU 4 and 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
