And the smooth sheath 16 is fitted to the joint pipe 18 until the end face of 16a of the smooth sheath 16 contacts the flat part 20b of the spiral spring or the end face 12a of the corrugated sheath. A band 26 is wound up on the corrugated sheath 12 and the smooth sheath 18 and these are covered with a contracting tube 28 thereon.
