PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the safety of the resin film covering the surface of a rubber molded product. SOLUTION: The molding recessed part 3 of a lower mold 1 is covered with a first fluoroplastic film 5 having heat resistance and a second fluoroplastic film 6 is placed on the first fluoroplastic film 5 and unvulcanized rubber 7 is superposed on the second fluoroplastic film 6 and the upper mold 2 opposed to the lower mold 1 is heated and pressed to bond the second fluoroplastic film 6 to the surface of the plug member inserted into the molding recessed part 3 of the lower mold 1 and, after the upper and lower molds 1, 2 are opened, the first fluoroplastic film 5 is peeled from the second fluoroplastic film 6. The first and second fluoroplastic films 5, 6 are composed of a simple or composite of polytetrafluoroethylene, a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer, a terafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkylvinyl ether copolymer, polyethylene naphthalate, polyimide, polyamideimide, polyetherimlde and polyethylene sulfide.
