PURPOSE:To simply and newly form a wiring space by arranging a height adjustable unit floor panel placing stand consisting of a base stand, a placing plate and a press plate on an existing floor at a predetermined position and fixing the unit floor panel placed on the placing plate to the base stand by a press plate. CONSTITUTION:A unit floor panel placing stand 1 is constituted of a base stand 2 consisting of a bottom plate 3 and a bolt 4, a placing stand 5 having female screws provided thereto and a press plate 6 and the placing plate 5 is made adjustable in a vertical direction. Next, the placing stand 1 is arranged at a plurality of predetermined positions on an existing floor in an unmovable manner and the upper surface of the placing plate 5 is aligned with a desired horizontal surface. The press plate 6 is detached from the bolt 4 to place a unit floor panel 9 on the placing plate 5 and then engaged with the bolt 4 to press and fix the floor panel 9 between the placing plate 5 and the press plate 6 to form a wiring space under the floor panel 9. Therefore, the wiring space can be simply and newly formed.
