PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel floor slab reinforcing construction method capable of preventing the advance or the generation of fatigue cracks in a deck plate of a steel floor slab and reducing the cost and wall thickness of a steel concrete composite panel, and to provide a steel concrete composite panel used for the construction method.;SOLUTION: The steel concrete composite panel 7 formed by placing and integrating fiber-reinforced concrete on the upper surface of a checkered steel plate 5 is laid on an existing steel floor slab from which pavement 4 has been removed or a deck plate 2 of a newly provided steel floor slab.
