Injection molding press with a hydraulic closure device and the device for injection molding press

PURPOSE: To minimize the diameter direction of a closing device and to reduce danger of the deterioration of an operation jack and the bending of a movable plate at a time of injection. ;CONSTITUTION: A closing jack body 14 is supported on a press rear end part and the piston 16 equipped with a blind hole 15 sliding through the body 14 supports the bifurcated metal fitting 17 guided on a column 16. A toggle mechanism 12 consists of the rear rod 19 connected to the bifurcated metal fitting 17 and the front rod connected to the metal fitting 21 of a movable plate 5. The piston 16 is equipped with the blind hole and the piston 23 of an operation jack 13 slides and the rod 24 thereof passes through the orifice 25 of the bifurcated metal fitting 17 to be connected to the intermediate point 27 of the rear rod 19 through a small rod 28. After the piston rod 24 is advanced to exceed a dead point, the toggle mechanism 12 extends until the head 26 supports the projection 30 provided to the front end part of the rear rod 19.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
