High resolution steel segregation state, solidification structure transfer method

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a print using a method allowing detection and recording of segragated state or coagulated texture of steel over a wide range with high detection capacity and resolution. CONSTITUTION:The surface to be inspected of a metallic material subjected to polishing is corroded using a strong acidic corrosion liquid and then it is immersed into an alkaline solution. Thereafter, it is washed with water and dried and then applied with an organic high viscosity liquid substance mixed with black powder having grain size of 20mum or below. The liquid substance is eventually wiped off and the surface is polished using a fine polishing paper and a transparent thin film applied with adhesive on one side thereof is applied to the surface. The thin film is eventually peeled off and applied to a base board or a base plate.
