PURPOSE:To activate a production capacity to the maximum extent even when the working time of a work at each stage is different by performing a work production order program that the leveling of the work input order corresponding to production ratio based on the number of work program of works per day and the minimizing of a work involving time, the number of jigs and the stock amount of works are compatible. CONSTITUTION:The leveling of works corresponding to a production ratio is performed and the input order of works minimizing the stock amount of works, the number of jigs and work involving time is programmed by a work production order program planning means 51a. The behavior of FMS line in working a work based on the input order of the work programmed by this program planning means 51a is simulated by a simulation means 52. The result of this simulating means 52 is output from a trace result output means 57 and the work production order program is corrected based on this output signal. Consequently the production capacity of the FMS line can be utilized to the maximum extent even in case of the work working time at each stage being remarkably different.
