Automatic drilling equipment for cast-in-place pile construction

PURPOSE:To make management of work execution performed smoothly by a method wherein excavation is made to start after setting of parameters is made with a setting means, and in the case where any abnormality is found during the excavation that is carried out in accordance with optimum values for excavation conditions made with a device deciding the optimum values, the operation is stopped. CONSTITUTION:The standard propulsive feed speed, the standard revolution speed, the maximum torque, etc. for excavation are written into a RAM 31 at starting of operation. As the excavation progresses, the propulsive feed speed, the revolution speed and the torque of a boring rod measured with a rotary encoder 33 are examined, with a device in a CPU 30 that decides optimum values for excavation, whether they are optimum for the excavation. In the case where the values are decided to be optimum, automatic excavation with a pile creation device is made to run, starting from excavation, and to proceed through thrusting-in of an anchorage plate and to finish by extraction of the boring rod. When any abnormality is found in any of the above- mentioned operations, the operation of the whole machine is stopped with an indication for emergency stop displayed.
