PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-in-place pile construction apparatus and a cast-in-place pile construction method, which enable suitable construction of a cast-in-place pile.SOLUTION: A cast-in-place pile construction apparatus 1 includes: a chuck device 15 that presses a casing pipe P into the ground; an earth drill 18 that drills the ground G; and a crane device 17 that hoists the casing pipe P and the earth drill 18 to supply them to the chuck device 15. A configuration necessary for construction of a cast-in-place pile K is integrated in the apparatus. Thus, the construction of the cast-in-place pile K can be suitably performed.
