PURPOSE:To facilitate building of equipment and reduce a cost thereof and to re-utilize equipment by mooring a float type structure in a position above a submarine oil field, guiding crude oil to the structure for refining, and storing oil once. CONSTITUTION:A refining part 3 to separate crude oil into oil, gas, and water and a metering station 4 to meter unloading oil are mounted in proper spots on the upper surface part of a float type structure body 1 provided at its interior with an cargo oil tank 2 wherein refined oil is stored once. Further, a flame tower 5 to burn separated gas is built. A yoke 11 is vertically rotatably mounted to an end part on the opposite side to an off-loading station 9 of a structure I by means of a hinge 12. Meanwhile, the lower end of a riser II is mounted on a riser base 15, installed on a sea bottom 14 in the vicinity of a submarine oil field 13, through an universal joint 16, and the tip of the yoke 11 is connected to the top part of the riser II through a swivel 17.
