PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct frog kicks in the breaststroke by attaching a freely removable bonding piece to each end of a wide elastic band, and mounting the band on the upper calf via the bonding pieces. ;SOLUTION: A wide elastic board 1 is provided with a hole 3 for passing an elastic cord 4, and the periphery of the hole 3 is reinforced with yarn. A connecting cord 6 is passed through a hole in the center of a finger grip 7 and is bound into place at each end. The elastic cord 4 is passed through a length-adjustment ring 5, the hole 3 in the wide elastic band 3, the connecting cord 6, and the hole 3 in the wide elastic band in that order and returned to the length adjustment ring 5. The elastic cord 4 is adjusted using the length adjustment ring 5. The cord 4 is first passed through the length adjustment rings 5 at two corners and then through the inside of the first length adjustment ring 5 from the outside of the second length adjustment ring 5. Thus the user is less likely to feel pain caused by stretching the elastic cord.
