We describe a method for making a controlled Melting Cheese and the cheese produced by Said method.The Method includes mixing an Acid Curd Cheese produced by adding Hot milk with a Curd Cheese produced by clotting with Rennet.It is a cheese with taste and Texture similar to a quesonatural fusion, but with desirable Properties.Also refers to the product of Cheese produced which has Properties of Controlled Fusion and get yourself on flavor and Texture similar to natural Cheese.
