The invention relates to hydrometallurgical method for theextraction of copper and precious metals, in particular fromgypsum-aresnite slurry and flotation fayalite wastes from thedressing of copper slag. In the first stage the slurries aresubjected to agitation sulphur acid copper extraction by wastesulphur acid solutions. In the second stage undissolved residue isseparated for a subsequent extraction of the precious metals, andthe acid solutions are used for agitation extraction of iron andcopper from the flotation slurry waste.2 claims, 1 figure
