The invention is designed for the elaboration of manoeuvrability and simplification of the construction of roller skates.The given movement device contains a platform, which supports the user's foot, running gear with body in the shape of a hollow cone with anti-sliding grooves, plane with rollers and axle, besides the roller axle rests on the conical surface with help of the plane; they both are interconnected.
