PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform position control via a remote action body, and enable quick treatment with highly precision in quantative determination, by holding minute material containing the remote action bodies and inspection object material, on the surface of carrier. ;SOLUTION: A sterilized liquid medium 30 is accommodated in a vessel 21, and differential material tetrazolium chloride 35 and bacteria 34 are added. Cellulose carrier (C, C) 31 is separately injected with a pipet chip P, and suspension is formed. The suspension is separately injected in antibotics which is independently prepared and has each concentration, and stirred. Thereby magnetic substance particles 33 and the bacteria 34 of object material in the suspension are made to attach to the C, C31, and a minute material carrier 40 is formed. While incubation is continued, a permanent magnet 24 is made to approach the path 23 of the chip P, and applies magnetic field action to an isolation region 23a, thereby capturing the C, C31. By repeating pumping, pigment is captured. The optical transmittance T% of the pigment extraction liquid is measured, and the minimum concentration is known from the degree of increase of the bacteria 34 in each concentration.
