This is a system for the preparation of the wires made of steel, iron or iron containing materials for the tension process, and comprises mainly a tank containing a phosphate solution and also a phosphate station containing a drum for the winding and unwinding/unloading of the wire to be treated. Drum is submerged into the phosphate solution at least partly and can be actuated by a rotational movement around its axis in order to wind gradually the wire to be treated and to unwind gradually the treated wire.
