PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cored food producing method, with which a sheet-shaped bulk material can be rounded and molded in a narrow space and core foods can be continuously produced, and a cored food producing device to be used for this method. ;SOLUTION: A sheet-shaped bulk material 2, and a stick-shaped core material 1 are placed on a carrier conveyer 3 for which a belt conveying plane is composed of a lot of short belt elements 31 to be respectively independently folded, by raising both the terminal parts of these short belt elements 31 along with a guide 4, the sheet-shaped bulk material 2 is bent in the form of beam and further, by intermittently pressing the sheet-shaped bulk material 2 bent in the form of beam by a press-molding element 5 through the short belt elements 31, the core material 1 is surrounded and covered with the bulk material 2 so that core foods F can be produced. Since a lot of short belt elements 31 to be respectively independently folded are adopted in comparison with a conventional article, a belt deforming space can be remarkably shortened and the device can be considerably miniaturized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
