PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to hold the airtightness of a hollow package, by a method wherein a low temperature expansion coefficient epoxy resin is used as the material for forming a package main body, and an ultraviolet- cured resin is used as a bonding agent for bonding together the package main body and transparent sealing plates. ;SOLUTION: An ultraviolet-cured resin 9 is applied on an upper surface 5 of each package main body 1, transparent sealing plates 10 consisting of glass are made to position on the upper surface 5 of each package main body 1 via this resin 9, ultraviolet rays are radiated on the upper surface 5 across these sealing plates 10 to cure the resin 9, and the package main body 1 is made to adhere to the resin 9. As a result, a difference between the temperature expansion coefficients of the sealing plates 10 and the resin 9 which is used as a bonding agent for bonding together the main body 1 and the sealing plates 10, can be lessened, and, even though the interior of a hollow package is sealed by the sealing plates, a crack due to a thermal stress is hardly generated in the resin sealing the sealing plates or the main body, and the airtightness of the hollow package can be held.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
