Tree harvester used to fell, de-limb, and cross-cut tree trunks

The tree harvester comprises de-limbing(15) and felling cutter heads(16), carried by a boom, which can be attached as a unit and mounted to pivot about a common point(21) when used for tree felling. The two cutting heads can be separated and spaced apart along the length of the boom when used for de-limbing and cross. The boom is telescopic with fixed(10) and extendible(18) sections, providing reach, and operated by a piston cylinder boom extender(22) fixed at one end to the extendible section and at the other end to the fixed section of the boom.
