An improved superabrasive composition for grinding applicationscomprising a superabrasive material, a bismaleimide-triazineaddition copolymer resin which as a cured polymerexhibits (i) a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at leastabout 280°C. and (ii) a long term thermal resistance of at leastabout 180°C., a free radical generating initiator, and preferablya catalyst, is disclosed. The superabrasive abrasivecomposition is particularly useful as a cutting edge in a highperformance cutting wheel.
