Inhibitors of the NF-kB factor and corresponding pharmaceutically acceptablederivative compounds to be used as activators of the HSF factor for thetranscription and translation of heat shock genes, with production of hsp70,particularly with anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative, immuno-suppressive,cytoprotective and antiviral activity.
